What we collect

When you shop with us, order online, join our text or email list, or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details, and payment information (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).

How we use it

To fill and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and pickup or delivery updates, answer your questions, and, if you opt in, send occasional promotional texts or emails about seasonal plants, flowers, and holiday pre-orders.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the store: our point-of-sale and payment processors, our website and online-store platform, our email and text-messaging provider, and delivery drivers for your order. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are used solely for the texts you agreed to receive and are never sold or shared for marketing by anyone else. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or ask us to delete your information by emailing johnny@johnnymangos.com or calling (561) 276-4424.
