Johnny Mangos is operated by BCB Unique Venture LLC, a Florida limited liability company. "We," "us," and "our" mean Johnny Mangos. These terms apply to www.johnnymangos.com, our online store, and our social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Using our website

You may browse our site and order from our online store for your own lawful use. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways we do not offer.

Orders, prices, and delivery

Plants and flowers are living products, so color, size, and variety can differ from photos. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if we cancel, we refund what you paid. Delivery areas, cutoff times, and fees are shown at checkout or can be confirmed by calling the store.

Our content

Photos, videos, text, and logos on our website and social media belong to Johnny Mangos or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Social media and our TikTok integration

We use our own software, including an app registered with TikTok for Developers, only to publish Johnny Mangos videos and captions to Johnny Mangos's own social media accounts. The app does not post to anyone else's account and does not collect personal information from other TikTok users. Your use of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook is also governed by those platforms' own terms. Comments and messages you send us there may be public on those platforms.

To the extent the law allows, Johnny Mangos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
